Haddiport House Bed & Breakfast - the perfect retreat

Haddiport House is a recently renovated former farmhouse set in the gently rolling hills of north Devon. Originally a collection of farm workers cottages, this 18th century house offers the idyllic centre from which to explore the beautiful countryside, coast and villages of this unspoilt area of Britain.

Situated only a few miles from the TarkaTrail, a long distance cycle and footpath, and within 10 miles of the picturesque north Devon coast, Haddiport House offers comfortable en-suite bedrooms and the chance to relax for a short break or to enjoy a longer stay.

Visitors can take advantage of the many local bridle paths to enjoy spectacular views, while Dartmoor offers a more rugged terrain to enjoy.  Nearby Great Torrington is home to RHS Garden Rosemoor and Dartington Glass, both of which are open all year round.

For those who are walking in the area, transport may be arranged to and from local trails, and for cyclists, secure overnight storage for bikes and equipment.  Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay with their owners. If you are attending an event at Buckland House, which is only 1.5 miles away, it may be possible to arrange transport.

There is an excellent range of local pubs which offer evening meals, all within a 5 mile radius.
